Is the Tarte Amazonian (sp) airbrush foundation exclusive to Q?

Sorry if this has been answered, but I can't find the product anywhere but QVC and the color I need is on waitlist. I bought the fair and it washes me out and I need light but can't find it at Sephora or Tarte. Anyone know? It doesn't say exclusive on QVC's website.
