Re: Is the Clarisonic really all that?

I also have a Foreo Luna and love it for the same reasons that you do. I will never go back to the clarisonic.

I really love my Clarsonic!  I've tried a few other brands and they didn't come close to the Clarsonic.  My skin looks healthier and renewed since I started using it, my pores are smaller and every time I use it my face feels so clean!  It's part of my skin care routine everyday.

Not in my opinion. I tried it and other versions of it....red skin that hurt was my reward.

No.  I found the Clarisonic to be really harsh on my sensitive skin even with the special head for sensitive skin.  Then I found the dupe for the Luna on Amazon.  WOW.  Love it.  I've had mine for 3 years now with no problems.  Stays clean and sanitary.

Re: Is the Clarisonic really all that?

I have the Mia and have had it for 4 years now. Still going strong too. I did try the dupes and found that the Mia was by far the best one for me. I am 63 with very nice skin due to genetics and always have my entire life. My skin is very dry year round but have very few lines and wrinkles. I am a skincare addict and have noticed how better those products seem to sink in and do their job. I use less too. I only use the Mia once a day so the brushes last longer. Never have had any issues with any nasty mold on the machine and brushes. I do exfoliate 2x a week as the clarisonic IS NOT for exfoliation no matter what some may say. if you put an exfoliating cream on it THEN it will exfoliate-----my biggest thing was too heavy a hand--was irritating my skin--so  let the machine glide over and just guide it. I will buy another Clarisonic when the time comes.
