I make sure to rinse the shampoo out of my hair a lot but didn't know if this applied to face as well.

I think that sounds like good advice.  I can't even stand to take hot showers the way I used to.

I use gentle cleansers, such as CeraVe.  I break out from the rosacea so I guess the extra rinsing comes from my fear of not getting everything off my face and causing more breakouts.

I would disagree. Philosophy products have a ton of chemicals, coloring agents and perfumes. Find a CLEAN products especially since you have a skin condition.

Don't know.  Never used any oils on my face as my skin is so reactive to everythihng!

I try and not use any extreme temps to the water.  My face usually just feels clean but sometimes feels a bit parched.  I do use gentle cleansers, such as CeraVe.

I am confused on these toner things.  I defintely don't need anything to dry my skin out. And don't want anything to clog my pores more.  So, never know if a toner is a good thing for my skin or not, so I opt for not using one.
