I cleanse with WEN every day. I'm in the shower every day, so why not? In the summer heat or when I swim or really work up a sweat working out, I use WEN twice a day. I go through a lot of the CC. I like having freshly cleansed hair every day. If I didn't have my WEN, I'm sure my hair would be dry and brittle.

I cleanse everyday. I'm sure I could get away with only 3 times per week, but I just love a clean scalp. Plus, Wen smells good.

I cleanse every day. I have been washing my hair daily for over 40 years and it is a tough habit to break, LOL. I am hoping that I get brave one day and can get down to every other day. I am sure that my hair would be fine, since I do not have an oily scalp.

I usually cleanse daily. Although, in the last 2 months, I have been able to skip a day if needed. I could never do that with shampoo.

I usually use it everyday, sometimes I miss a day and it looks fine but I just like washing it every day, it is a hard habit to break. Even if my hair feels and looks fine I still don't feel like it is clean unless it is washed that day. Weird because sometimes it looks better the second day.

I have been using wen for a couple of years. Just received the bamboo green tea. Absolutley love it. I try to wash every other day and do my best to stretch it to 3 days, usually i can't stand myself by then so i'll powder with corn starch. Well.......i finally followed the directions and used the styling creme on soaking wet hair .....WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My hair felt like silk. My 2nd day hair with the replenshing mist did not feel weighed down at all. Listen and follow the directions is my advice. Keep your styling creme in the shower. Hair changer! Oh, and i do agree with a previous poster.... Definitely start using the oils at night. They have made a difference for me.
