Ingredient lists: how do you know if anim. products included (HappyDaze)

How can I tell if an animal product is included in the ingredient list? Specifically looking at hydrolyzed collagen, but also want to know about others that may be in there. I would think a cruelty free company would not use animal ingredients (we won't test on them, but we'll put 'em in the product?) HappyDaze if you see this, I think it was your post that I read regarding this issue. Love it if you'd share what you know. ~smiles, SnowKita
