Infinity Lip and Cheek

What about the Josie Maran Infinity Lip and Cheek, when mine came it look like it had a dent in the tube, like someone already squeezed it. Anyone receive one the same way? I emailed JMC and they told me that it happens when the item is placed in it's spot in the plastic part of the packaging. I have never seen anything like this before with other products and/or brands.
