A Youtube beauty blogger was touting the Tanwise tanning mousse from Sally Beauty - it is only around $8 and it's a large pump container (very similar to St. Tropez).  She applied it to her arms and legs and they looked great - she said absolutely not orange.  She did have to get a mitt from Ulta - said Sally Beauty did not carry them.

Re: Inexpensive tanning mousse

I used to love a mousse tanner (until I discovered the sprays) and the Tanwise was great as far as ease of application, non-streaking, dry time and color.

However, something in it gave me a terrible rash on the backs of my legs, particularly the back of my knees so I quit using it.  The itching was horrible.

Also, just check the ingrediants.  This product contains DMDM Hydantoin which many people don't want to use.

Anbsolutely love this self-tanner. I've tried many and I like many but this is my top choice. I love Tan Towels, too, because they are soooo easy and a great color on me.
