Inexpensive gift set ideas, for a lady?

I am hoping someone may point me to the right place to get a nice beauty gift-set that gives good quality & value for the price. I would like to spend between $15-35, preferably on the low end. I'm looking for any beauty sets that pack a nice gift presentation, and hopefully there will be a great nail polish set someone has seen?
