Im I doing something wrong?

I have the  iT Cosmetics No. 50 Serum Anti-Aging Foundation Primer and have tried 2 different ways of using it.first with a moisturizer under it and just using it alone.and feel both  have left me feeling oily or tacky feeling,  Am I using it wrong?  I only use about a pea size amount.

That's weird.  I never had a problem with it when I was using it.  In fact, I liked it quite I bit.  Your face might not actually be greasy per se, but the finish you feel could be the silkiness from the silicones that are making the surface of your face smoother.  Like I said, I never had a problem with this one, but there are other primers I've tried that have too much silicone in them for my preference yet a lot of other women swear by them.  Do you still get that feeling after you've applied your foundation?

Yes I do have that same feeling after applying my powder foundation
