If you wear Elta Md 41, do you wear foundation or powder?

Seems they changed the formula a bit and it's darker now. I am extremely fair, pink tones.

My 'go to' pressed powder now looks muddy.

I need some coverage just to even things out.

Can you wear a foundation over the Elta?

I don't need any more spf (from foundation).
