Be careful if you are on vacation and are going into a public pool or jacuzzi. Wait at least 24-48 hours before going into the pool or jacuzzi. You have lots of open pores on your face and body and you can get a really bad bacteria infection. Same with shaving.......

We all have pores 24/7, microneedling or not. Perhaps you meant something other than pores? Is this advise from a physician? I can see it being uncomfortable, but not putting you at any increased risk. Open wounds, like cuts from shaving, OK, sure.
