Re: If you had to choose just one skincare line to use, which would it be?

Isomers. For many years now.  Always come straight back to Isomers afer experimenting with others, even very good lines.

Paula's Choice.  I've used her products for a long time and am happy with them.  As an added benefit, they are Leaping Bunny Certified and not tested on animals.

I love Shiseido Benefiance line, and night creams, but very pricey so I switch around. Always use the eye cream...I have no lines, it's the best!
I see a difference with Consult Beaute Regenorol line, at night. I love PTR glycolic cleanser for night time, very thorough removing makeup and not drying. So basically its Shiseido and Consult Beaute...for now🙂

Everyone's skin and skin issues are different, but at my age (almost 60) and skin type (normal), Isomers works best for me right now.

I have gone back to an old friend.  I returned to using Adrienne's SCA products just after Christmas.  I prefer a simple and uncomplicated skincare regimine.  I don't like using 11 different products.  I like a gentle cleanser and rich moisturizer and something that tightens.  I don't have any significant skincare problems so SCA's meltdown cleanser and her 5 Essentials creme works beautifully for me.

I'm glad you mentioned SCA. I looked on HSN and they actually have some of her Swiss Chocolate meltdown available. I loved that one and haven't seen it listed for several years. I think I may have to buy a set or two.
