I would never go under the knife for any type of vanity surgery ... But IF I did it would be to correct my sagging jawline.

I'm not a proponent of invasive cosmetic surgery, but I'll play a hypothetical game. It's not all that visible to anyone taking a passing glance or leer at me, but I would opt to remove the scar tissue left behind from many gynecology surgeries. It bothers me a little, and no matter how tight and thin my body is I can pull the sac of tissue.

Probably would never do it, but my thighs have always bothered me. I would do something to make them thinner (If there even is a surgery that can do that!!)

But like others have said, I just bought new furniture for my family room with that money!

OMG, I forgot it was called the Turkey waddle! Since I have lost weight, that is pronounced. It is aggravating! Almost (not quite) makes me want to put the weight back on!!!

Neck fat under my chin. Like the new procedure commercial with all the relatives who hid their chin in photos --but the risks they list in the warnings are keeping me from doing it.
