If the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment REALLY as good as the price would suggest?

I've seen the Fresh Sugar lip treatment balm/stick in Sephora for $22. Is it really worth that price? I love lip balms, but I've never paid that much for one. The reviews are great, but I wanted the input of you Beauty Board ladies. My lips have been really dry and a little sore from the cold temperatures we've had lately. They normally don't get this way so soon. I need something soothing and hydrating. I do have some lip balms on hand that I really like, but I've always wondered about the ones from Fresh. Thanks!
