If a product arrived leaking, is it fair for the vendor to ask you to ship back at your own cost for a replacement?

This happened to my Isomers shipment which I bought directly from the lab. This means that the shipping cost is at the international USPS rate... I don't know what I should do... not sure if it is worth it to incurr the shipping cost to return it in order to get a replacement...

Has anyone here shipped Isomers products to the lab in Canada? How much did it cost you?

What do y'all think I should do?
