just received this from PTR: With sincere apologies....There will be a delay shipping out the mega cream to you due to the overwhelming response and that they ran out. They are having more made/delivered and the orders should be filled by Nov 15. (paraphrased)

I can wait! It was such a very good deal! At least we know it will be fresh!
