In partnership with the UN Women, 100% of the profits from the sale of this balm will finance NGOs projects to promote women’s leadership in the world, with the support of the L'OCCITANE Foundation. 

The shea range is emblematic of the commitments of the brand. 

Called the “women’s gold”, this multi-talented ingredient is produced thanks to a sustainable, fair trade L’Occitane partnership, with over 17,000 women.

Since the 1980’s, L’OCCITANE has maintained a sustainable and fair trade partnership with the women in Burkina Faso who produce it. To further support women, the L’OCCITANE Foundation encourages their economic emancipation by supporting literacy programs and women’s entrepreneurship projects.
