If WEN is no longer available on QVC I will stop using it before dealing with Gunthey/Renker

I wish I could get a message to Chaz to let him know that I love his product and am a happy user who will continue as long as I never have to deal with Gunthey Renker again. They have the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time.

Please keep Chaz on QVC for those of us who love the product and what it does for out hair and want to keep the QVC customer service experience.
