Ice Elements Exfoliating Gel?

Hi beauties,

I bought Ice Elements Exfoliating Gel some time ago from the "other" channel and use it periodically. I like to exfoliate using something that isn't abrasive. The gel liquifies and then what appears to be small pieces of skin roll up as you rub the gel on your face. Is this really skin exfoliating or just the gel?
