IT tsv shipping question...

I ordered the tsv on 3/8. It shows "In Process" but estimated delivery date is 3/13. Doesn't it usually show when it has shipped? Does this mean it hasn't shipped yet?

Probably.

I think "" IT "" items are shipped by the manufacturer. and they take long to ship.you can't cancel them either. I have tried.

I had ordered just the it cc cream prior to the tsv being offered. After being in process several days I called CS to ask about it. They had no idea. When I asked if I could cancel it I was told no ""it was in the shipping area"". A couple of hours later it was in my mailbox and a couple of days later it's status was ""shipped"". Maybe a problem with this product's tracking?

It usually means something hasn't shipped yet if it says "in process". However, one time I did order some Birkenstock sandals and they arrived at my home when the order status still said "in process" so occasionally there is a mistake.
