IT one time only last night.

Did anyone order it? It was the compact with the three shades- a bronzer, a blush and an illuminator. Came with a nice brush. I did not as I worried that the illuminator would be shiny and over the top.

Dang! I guess I'm glad I missed it, I'm sure I would have caved and ordered even though I don't use illuminator.

Re: IT one time only last night.

I didn't order it, but I bought that exact item (the round compact with blush, illuminator and bronzer) for a friend and had it sent to her with Bill To Ship To. She loves it, especially the brush. Smiley Happy

Edit: I went back and looked at the video, I had to hunt it down in Friday Night Beauty. That isn't the compact I got for my friend. I did get that compact in a kit, but I sent the compact and the kit back. That compact looked really orange to me and the "highlighter" just looked like powder. I didn't like much else in the kit. The waterproof concealer was ok, but I couldn't see any difference from the regular concealer. I don't care about brushes, I have enough brushes for me and my whole block. I liked the Celebration foundation, but it wasn't worth keeping the whole kit for. Kit is item A255578, you can read reviews there, some mention the compact in the OTO.

Re: IT one time only last night.

I got the one time only "new" compact a while back. Of course its made in china. I reviewed it, but it hasn't posted yet. Bronzer is ok but doesn't stay, blush is pretty bright, but just a little looks good on my fair, tanned skin. It doesn't stay, either. The illuminator is just powder--no matter what she says-- it collects in fine lines and accentuates my pores--and I have good skin!! I didn't get the brush with mine, but I have lots of brushes. Too expensive for junk made in China. I ordered it because it was "new" and I thought it might have improved somewhat, but I think the brush is the only new thing about it. I went to cancel it this morning, and it had already shipped!!!DRAT!!{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

I've made bold the area I could relate with so well. Not with the powder product but the IT CC Cream. It's fine for the first part of the day. Then turns into a huge mess creating lines I didn't know I had (and aren't there after washing it off) plus accentuating pores, which is reeeally crazy. This product ages me by quite a few years. BTW, I have normal skin.. not oily.

I don't say this in any braggadocios way- simply to illustrate my point. The one thing I get complimented on and have my entire life is my skin. I've never had visible pores. I have no problem finding foundations which work well without creasing or enlarging pores. Color matching would be my biggest issue. I believe as I age less is more. I've never had a foundation/CC or BB Cream age me as dramatically as this IT product which I couldn't toss fast enough.

Ok.. back to topic.. Sorry your order went through. Sometimes the status gets changed back-- so might be worth another look to be sure it shipped.

Re: IT one time only last night.

I already have this set from a kit. I think the brush looked like the "wand ball brush" which I own and LOVE. That brush is easily worth $20 to me, so I'd almost look at that palette as a $12 bonus item (drugstore price) if I got the OTO last night. I used the palette today. I think that the blush is very pigmented, and hard to go on light. I put bronzer over the blush and it looked great and lasted all day. The illuminating powder isn't shiny at all - it looks nice. It still isn't my favorite palette because the blush is a bit bright, but a good price on the OTO!
