I have an IT foundation that comes in the compact. I thought it was empty after pumping it a bit and nothing coming out. I almost gave up on it but decided to keep pumping it and more came out. Saved me from throwing it out. So keep pumping if you have this and think it's empty, it might just have more foundation in it, just takes more pumps to release it.

You can open the compact (if you are talking of the CC+ Cream), clean it out and refill. Susan W has a video showing how to do this on You Tube. Search for: "susan w "How to Open the It Cosmetics CC Cream Compact"" online and it should pop up.
