So I got the IT TSV last week and love the products. BUT.....The idiot UPS man left my box on the front step in -15 cold INSTEAD of ringing the door bell. I was home with a sprained back for 4 days and would have certainly heard the doorbell from the couch! Anyway, the Concealer FROZE solid. The illuminator on the other end is fine, but the concelaer is like putty now! It never did thaw out. It is a thick lumped mess of goo. I called wanting to see if I could just get a new tube of this, but Customer Service said no....I figured UPS would just "do the same thing" if I returned the kit which I have been using. So thanks QVC for not working with me on this one......I would have liked to try the concealer!

you might try emailing It cosmetics, and see if they can replace the one item for you. I don't know what the texture is supposed to be

Would QVC replace the entire kit?

why don't you just return it to QVC for a whole new kit if it is within the 30 days - its pretty rare for it to be that cold so the next kit might be fine.

I had that happen once with a Tarte tsv and was told I had to return the whole kit and they would send a new kit. I purchased a Skinn kit on ShopNbc and they sent me a replacement with an envelope to return the defective item. I was really happy cause I was enjoying the items.

Return the whole kit, mark it as received damaged, and they should replace the whole thing and pay all the shipping.

If you choose to return an item because you don't like it, or it doesn't fit, you pay shipping. If when you open the box, it's damaged or defective, QVC replaces for free.

Probably won't get another arctic vortex this year. Send it back.

Call and speak to another rep. I had a TSV auto delivery philosophy and the HIAJ was liquid! I sent the kit back and they sent me another. I think it was a few days past 30 because that's when I opened it, since I was still using the rest of previous kit. One other time a hand cream was busted open upon arrival and they just sent me a new one, but I rarely ever return beauty products or anything else for that matter.

They will give you a new one Send it back damaged and get a new one as the other person said. Call again.Kiss
