That's exactly my experience.  I just don't know how others were able to log in.

I haven't been able to get on in almost a week.  Today I updated and restarted my computer and now I'm in but I'm not sure that had anything to do with it.

I'm just back TODAY...   like many others,  I would read the posts but could not reply.  Whenever I tried signing in it would bring me back to the main QVC screen.   I complained several times both online and by phone and was told it was ME each time!

Funny...   haven't changed a thing and I can get in now.
