IT Cosmetics...what to use first

I'm just finding out about IT cosmetics. I'm 65. Those that use these products...in what order do you use them?

Do you use your own favorite moisturizer and primer?

Do you then apply the IT eye concealer and then the IT foundation?

Does it need to be finished with powder and can you use any powder you like or does the IT powder do the best?
