I ordered mine, too! I, too, am glad to see COLOR! I do not care for nudes.

I am very tempted by this palette. The only thing that is holding me back right now is my concern on the color payoff. I may wait to see some YT reviews first. I agree that color can make the eyes look pretty and refreshed when done in a tasteful way. I also prefer color to nudes.

@suzyQ3 wrote:I have the first two palettes and saw the presentation of the third yesterday. Other than maybe the green shadow, I think it would be redundant for me. And I have other green shadows that I prefer to the one shown in this palette. Most of the colors looked very similar to the previous palettes.
While I do use the first two palettes, I would not say that they are my top choices for eyeshadows.
I also agree with you suzyQ I have the first palette she put out and the green is the only new colorin this palette the rest look like the other colors in the first palette. In fact I find the eyeshadows very powdery not my first choice in palettes either.

These colors do look beautiful! I agree that I am tired of seeing just brown shades. I have the original matte collection from IT and love it. It is fun to mix and match so many shades. The matte finish really helps my almost 66 year old eyes too.

Mine shipped today. EDD is 8/6. Can't wait to see it in person!
I'd be willing to bet this will be available outside the Q, but finding a half price deal will be tough. The original palette has been out for a few years; this is brand new! If it's available on IT's site, it'll ship free since it's more than $25. They offer discount codes every now and then, too. At Ulta, IT's considered a "prestige brand," so most of their coupons don't apply to IT products. I have no doubt this will show up on eBay--everything does. Having the brush included is nice, but this will be my third one. I guess it's good to have a backup for the backup!

I tried that once with the original and it didn't quite work for me. The texture of the shadow changed, too, afterwards (in the palette, not on my eyes). It looks dried out, almost. Maybe I used too much water!

@dc2004 wrote:It is beautiful. I really enjoy the first matte palette (I never bought the Celebration one at holiday time). I'm just wondering if there's enough variation between this palette and the first one to warrant a purchase. It's hard to tell.
i might wait for an EmilyNoel83 review - she did a great review comparing the other two palettes that I found super helpful.
I love her reviews.
