No, @catlover, that one isn't part of the "Naturally Pretty Luxe Palettes".

Here is the first one (Vol.1) -

This is the second one (Celebration) - not currently available on QVC, but I'm guessing it's likely to return closer to holiday time.

@JeanLouiseFinch Do you find the holiday palette lacking pigmentation? I was surprised at how sheer it applied. The original isn't packed with pigment, either, but I felt like the color just wasn't there in the Celebration palette, no matter how much I built it up. However, I love that IT deals in primarily matte shadows. Shimmery, glittery shadows are nice once in a while, but I find mattes lend a softer, prettier look.

@SparklyTiara -  I've always believed that the IT shadows have plenty of pigment for the actual color that they are.  Just by virtue of the color it's going to lighter or darker.  For instance, you can go over and over the lid with the champagne/light taupe colors and it's not going to make them any darker, whereas a navy blue only needs a very light touch of the brush to have a good amount for proper application.  I like doing the three color thing on my eyes and even though they're blended one into the next, I can see obvious shade differences on the finished eye.  I agree with you on preferring matte shadows.

For me, it wasn't an issue of trying to get them darker, but to show up at all. You are absolutely correct that by nature, darker colors will take less "effort" to show up than lighter ones. I just felt it looked like nothing was going on my lids at all! I'm glad you found the opposite, though. I like the original palette very much. Just not the holiday. I'm very excited to try this one!

I have this one and like it. But the three that JLF already described to you are all matte shadows (with just one "transforming" pearly shade in each), whereas this one is a mixture of finishes.

I'm wondering if this palette will eventually be sold elsewhere where I can get it discounted and with free shipping?

No guarantees, but if you don't mind waiting, it wouldn't surprise me if it ends up on Jamie's site with maybe a discount code or free shipping, or it will find its way to eBay.  Ulta carries IT products, but they're probably excluded from discounts.

Re: IT Cosmetics The Romantics Naturally Pretty Matte Palette

I agree with a previous poster that this new one looks more like a spring/summer collection, but you could wear them year round.  I recently got her Naturally Pretty Palette in the pink case and it has some warmer colors in it which will be really pretty for the fall (although I wear them year round).  I got this when it was half price for one day at Ulta and I ordered it online (thanks to whoever posted that information here).  This was my first IT eye shadow purchase and I am very impressed at how well they wear.

I would buy this new palette too if I could find it on a half price sale like the previous one!

I'm sure that will eventually be sold without the brush and at a discounted price, either on sale at the It site or elsewhere.
