IT Cosmetics Dual Retractable Airbrush Concealer Brush?

Any reviews on this brush?  I've read some mixed reviews.  It looks like a nice brush, but some people said the tops didn't go on easily and some of the brush hairs splayed.

I have this brush and use it everyday to put on my concealer. The tops do not stay on but the bristles are soft enough to spread out and smooth the concealor.  I have other concealor brushes but I always grab this one to use.
