I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and can offer a solution: I am on A-D for the IT Cosmetics Brow Perfector Pencils that automatically sharpen (you just turn them and more product comes out). I have had two of them now that stopped working, when you turn they just make a clicking noise but no more product comes out. It's not empty, I'm not very far into them. These are two expensive for this to be happening! Thank you.

No I have not had that problem with her pencils, so far. And I do use the brow pencils daily.

I did have problems with her lids cracking on her original gel eyeliner pencils right from the beginning, and those pencils just dried right up..don't know if that issue was fixed. I ended up tossing them, afraid to try again.

Also had a few cracks in a couple brow pencil lids, and I just kept switching the good ones onto the top.

I always save lids from different pencils now just in case I run into that situation again.

But never had a mechanical problem with any of them, sorry can't help more. Don't know how long you have had them so I don't know if CS at the Q, would help, or Jamie's CS might help you ?

The clicking usually means it's finished. I don't think there is that much in each pencil, as others usually last me easily two to three times as long. Maybe that's why they sell it as a duo...

Thank you so much for the ideas ladies! Maybe it is finished after all?? Doesn't seem as if that could be but it's hard to tell. Thx for the suggestion on the CS through Jamie, I did email that company and if no results will talk to qvc's CS next. Thank you for the responses!
