IT Cosmetics Anti Redness Concealer

I see that it is on wait list now but has some very good reviews, some even say it reduces pore size (appearance anyway). I am thinking of buying it from the IT cosmetics website but it is only a bit cheaper and does not come with the brush.

Does anyone who has this think that the brush is essential or could I just buy something similar?
