I am a BareMinerals girl and have been since their inception. When they brought out the ready foundation in the compact I LOVED it, but had to go back to the loose when I could no longer fine the ready formula.

That being said, has anyone used both the ready foundation and the IT Celebration foundation? How do they compare? Is there sunscreen in the IT? Thanks for sny and all input!

Bare minerals is a clean company.  IT is not a clean company.  For that reason alone, I would never buy IT and the junk they put in it just to make more money.  I have used Bare Minerals for 20+ years and love it.  I would stick with what you know and is clean.  Better for your skin.

Stick with BE. I have tried the celebration foundation and it makes my face look worse. I have tried another brand of cosmetics called Thrive which works pretty good too. They are also a clean company. Once a small brand sells out to a larger company it’s usually time to try something new🤷‍♀️

I'm a BE person myself.  I can't find an IT color that looks good on me.  I definitely need cool undertones, and I have never found an IT foundation color that matches.  In reading the questions posted on the celebration foundation page, it states that all the colors are warm toned.  So, if you can get the BE, stay with them.  I also wanted to try IT, but after reading that they are warm toned based, I wasn't going to waste my money on a new product for me.

@DocksideMomma  I have both compact foundations and find the BE Ready to have a much nicer finish than IT's Celebration Foundation.  Although both offer full coverage, I find BE's ready to have a more natural finish - more 'skin-like' if you will.  IT's Celebratlion foundation is more obvious that you're wearing makeup.  And as I am sure you already know you achieve coverage with so little of the BE Ready - only one swipe on each section of your face and you're done.  I can still remember the presentation from Leslie when Ready made its' debut!  

IT's Celebration Foundation does come in an SPF50 version which was not part of this recent TSV.  The BE Ready I believe has an SPF of 20.

BE Ready is (was) such a good product, I will never understand why it was discontinued.  I'm sure it had something to do with marketing/business.  I believe the company was just in the midst of being bought out when this came to market.

I’ve tried both, and it’s not even a close call. BE wins. It has a more natural finish, even coverage and matches my pale (cool toned) skin perfectly.
I ended up tossing out the IT compact. (I never reached for it, and after a couple years, I felt it was too old)
