IT Celebration Foundation color selection... need help

I want to try the IT Celebration Foundation but don't know if I should order Fair or Light. Tarte's Amazonian Clay foundation in Fair is too light so I buy Light but it is just a tad too dark.

Is Fair in the IT Celebration Foundation as light as Fair in Tarte's Amazonian Clay Foundation?
