Is there a difference in the Brush Bath sold at ULTA and the Brush Love sold at QVC??

When you have a question like this, check the ingredients. These two products have different ingredients, so are not the same. The Celebration foundation SPF 50 is the same as the CC+ airbrush perfecting powder at Ulta. IT must have contractural agreements with various companies about "exclusive" products.
