@Franklinbell  Wow, I guess everybody had the same idea to buy makeup at that time Smiley Surprised!  The Sephora in my area gets crowded in the afternoon and evening,  so I like to show up about 30 minutes after the store opens in the morning if I need to go there- that way I'm usually one of only a few customers in there and I can look at makeup without being pushed by a customer or feeling a giant tote bag drag along my back through a narrow isle Smiley Very Happy.

@Franklinbell   Way back during Covid, stores limited customers and there were lines outside to get in...I shopped online to avoid that.

Crime and "smash and grabs" is now a big issue. My makk has limited people to no one under 17 unless accompanied by a parent...no time, ever. It's a bit harsh, but the kids were hanging around in droves as entertainment during the summer and security guards found it difficult to control.

We also now have several guard dogs walking with police IN the mall. That's a tragic statement about where society is now.
