Has anyone seen the commercial for this brand and have you taken the foundation quiz and tried the brand? If so how do you like it or did you return in for a refund as they advertise? I did the Foundation quiz and just received my match yesterday but not sure I will keep it because it really didn't cover my little facial flaws like it did on the models in the commercial. The color match was not bad but the coverage of flaws was not total. They say try it for 14 days with a refund if it doesn't match well so time will tell.

I took the quiz which I think asked questions that had nothing to do with getting a match since there's only one formulation, so it doesn't matter how you apply your foundation or some of the other questions. I also read reviews on Sephora and decided it wasn't for me. While the finished product in the commercials look nice, I'm kinda appalled at how much it appears some of them apply.

Hello,

I ordered this foundation several months ago, and I like it! It is not however, a full coverage foundation in my opinion. It is more of a Medium coverage Foundation.

I do like the consistency and the shade was a perfect match for me. I apply mine with a dampened sponge. I think if you use your fingers or a foundation brush you will get more of a fuller coverage. My sister in law applies hers with the foundation brush that they offer, and her coverage is more full coverage than mine for sure..

I still like my RMS Foundation for fuller coverage...I would re-order this foundation though!

Good point ! I also ordered the matching concealer but I didn't think to use it to cover what the foundation did not. I don't wear foundation on a daily basis since retiring and mainly just wear it when going to church every Sunday. The commercial showed complete coverage and that's why I decided to try it. I will report back with the outcome, Thanks

I did cave and ordered. I did not specifically hit whatever magic thing I had to for the try period first so was immediately charged. It never shipped. It was an act of repeated emails and either ignored or canned responses before I ever got them to credit my account.

Initially after shipping and they knew I hadn't gotten it they did send an email saying gee, you never got your package. Here's a $15 (or however much) credit for another purchase. Then initially they said we will resend and we are so kind we won't even charge you for this shipment (keep in mind I had already been charged..so they were saying pat us on the back for not charging again). Then they never sent that one either. *Finally* I got my CC credited and they sent another amount of money to put to a purchase but I don't want to try it that badly.

So anybody who does purchase just to be sure to make sure you hit whatever you need to for the try before you buy.
