Concealer, mascara (applied heavily at the base of the lashes also makes it look like I'm wearing eyeliner) and lipstick.  I'm going to try it this weekend!

Lip gloss (or tinted balm with SPF)

 

If I can have four I want my eyeliner too.

I think 3 makeup items is a generous scenario, but I only wear "the basics."  My 3 items would be tinted moisturizer w/SPF, mascara, and a lip product.  If I had to choose 1 item it would be tinted moisturizer w/SPF.
