I wanted the Josie Maran TSV for my Birthday tommorow but..

.....the shipping and tax raised the price to the original price before the TSV discount. Like exactly. I find that odd. It shot right back up to $70. Thanks for "saving" me $12 with the TSV price, oh no, wait a minute....here is is again! I have ordered online from various sites for many years now and the thing that really gets me with this one is the cost of shipping and the fact that except for a few times during the holidays QVC never has free shipping or gives you any "reward" by waiving shipping occasionally. I realize that it would have been on top of the reg price and it is still a deal considering how much the items would be on their own but this really does not make this as tempting as it was to my cheapskate self.
