My eyelashes, which used to be long and thick, are looking sickly.. What are you Ladies using and seeing results with? Any suggestions? I know this has been discussed before, but I wasn't paying attention. Now I see I should have!

I've been using Careprost for a few months and my lashes are long, full, and healthy. I buy it at All Day Chemist.

Just using Physician's Formula Eye Booster 2 in 1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner+Serum made my lashes fuller & longer. I tried just the serum & didn't like it, but I use the Dark Brown thicker marker style eyeliner a lot & it keep my lashes looking good.

I think I've used them all! LOL But.........the only two I have had success with (my lashes are now long and thick) are Careprost (generic version of Latistte) and RevitaLash.

Do you have to worry about your eye color changing with Careprost like you do with Latistte? I would not want to take a change on my hazel eyes going brown. I have used RapidLash and the results were ok...

Hi Pegomyheart! I have a thyroid problem and when my hair loss is bad, my eyelashes also get really sparse. In January, I noticed that they were really looking awful (I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror), so I bought myself City Lashes. It's non-prescription and without prostaglandins. I have blue eyes and was afraid that something like Latisse would discolor my irises (seriously, without my hair, the only good thing I have left is my blue eyes!). It was expensive, but I bought the twofer, which I think was around $80 for two mascara-sized tubes. I started using it in February, and I am about 3/4 through with the first tube. It lasts forever. I think you are supposed to use it twice per day, but I use it once per day. I noticed results within three months, although they should be quicker if you use it twice per day. Even using it twice per day, each tube should last more than three months. It does burn like fire if it gets into your eyes, but it doesn't actually damage your eyes. My eyelashes have not only gotten longer but thicker, which is what I really wanted. My dermatologist didn't believe that I used an enhancer. She is always commenting on my lashes. She uses Latisse, but her lashes are long like daddy long legs...LOL! City Lashes enhances length and thickness so not spidery at all. Good luck with whatever you choose! Oh - I order direct from City Cosmetics online.

Those of you who buy Careprost from All Day Chemist, are you paying $25.00 for shipping? I added one bottle to my cart at $12 and change and was shocked at the shipping. I suppose that is to entice me to buy the 3-bottle pack, but instead it made me empty my cart and leave.
I currently use Latisse and realize it is VERY expensive, so a measly $25 shouldn't alarm me. But somehow it does.

Since CareProst is a generic form of Latisste, I would imagin it would have the same chance of possible side effects. I've been using it for 3 years now with no problem, but then again, I already have brown eyes.
