Perhaps some sparkles would enhance it a little more.

I rarely ever wear colored nail polish. I prefer a nude shimmer that's barely noticeable.

Personally, I think colored nails distract from my overall look. I want people to focus elsewhere.

Oh please! Get with it! Today's nails make a statement. These nails R beautiful!

Oh please, nails are about whatever the wearer wants, including subtle, neutral, colorful, art, or glitter. Today's nails are about whatever the individual wants, not whatever someone else wants. She wants subtle, so that's perfect for her. Being happy with your look and being beautiful in your own way is a statement.

They're cool. But on me they'd be all chipped up in a day.{#emotions_dlg.sad}

I'm a $u ck er for plaid and I love them, but I am with faeiermoon, can't keep polish on-at all. Very cool though. ~smiles, SnowKita

I think these nails look great! I don't like a lot of nail art....but these really impressed me.

I'm sure someone on youtube can show how to to these nails.

It's definitely a non-dominant hand issue for me. I can do nice arty stuff with my right hand on my left nails, but I couldn't get both hands to match. That's not an issue for the pros, they use their dominant hand to do both hands for their customers.

This is the cleverest design I've seen. My lifestyle doesn't call for nail art, but I would totally go for this if I could find someone local. I'm trying to figure out how they do the black plaid part.

Two lines down, two lines across. Then add the silver.

Completely easy mani with the right tools.

So pretty and great for the holidays, in a non-snowflake, snowman, Christmas tree way. I used to wear a black top with a taffeta skirt, almost matching those nails, for the holidays. I would have loved those nails to complete my look.

I'm with Kathleen on this one. I prefer a pale pinky-nude shade that works with any outfit. I will wear red on my toes, but prefer a cleaner look for my hands.
