i began it with the january box and was very pleased with the contents.

be aware, lots of people have not received their february box yet and are complaining.

there is a special facebook page just for the #TILI customers. you may want to check it out if you are on facebook.

mine is not scheduled to ship until 2/28/20.

*UPDATE ON FEBRUARY BOX* Hi, #lovemyTILI members. First, we would like to thank you so much for your continued patience as we gathered the correct information from the team to share an update on February's box. They originally intended for the box to be released at the middle of the month (to give January the same amount of time as previous boxes while finalizing February) but we did experience a delay as you've seen. We can confidently share that the February box will be live on the site next week and expect orders to begin shipping to customers on March 8th. In addition, we were able to receive all items that will be in the box and they are listed below. We understand your frustrations and we so appreciate your feedback. We have shared each of your comments with the appropriate team. It has been shared with us that the team is committed to making sure each box is filled with only the best of the best beauty products for you to sample each month. We understand, however, that you've experienced delays in the anticipated ship dates of the boxes the past two months and we apologize for the inconvenience.  I started this subscription box in October. January was late, now February late.  I saw that list for the Feb box onFacebook and I skipped this box.  Nothing in there interested me.  My guess is March is going to be late as well.

I received a box last month that I thought was the February box but now I'm guessing it was really the January box.  I accidentally did auto-delivery so went in and canceled it.  Long story short, I got an e-mail yesterday that my next box was delayed and wouldn't be shipped until March 25 so I canceled it again.  I thought it was the March box but I'm guessing now that it was really the February box.  

I was very happy with whatever box I got.  LOL

*An update on the TILI Try it, Love it Subscription Beauty Box* We want to thank our valued #lovemyTILI Facebook Group members for their continued patience as we work to make this beauty sampling program the best it can be. We sincerely apologize for the delay of your February box. We know you’ve been waiting patiently & we are grateful for this. We’ve indeed experienced delays and as a result, your February box (in collaboration with influencer, Deb, from Sunsets & Stilettos) started shipping this week. Some of you may have already received! It is also live now on the site & can be found here if you need to purchase: https://qvc.co/febsunsets

The next box in your subscription will be in collaboration with influencer, Lauren McBride, & we will be giving you a sneak peek this week! We are aiming for this to be available early April. This box will be the final “subscription” box. After Lauren’s box, if you are currently enrolled in our TILI Try it, Love it Subscription Beauty Program, you will not automatically receive a new box in May. But, don’t panic! Instead, we are going to be moving into an updated TILI program that will encompass ALL of our QVC Beauty Sample Boxes and they will all live under the umbrella TILI Try it, Love it. This will include boxes like Shawn’s Faves or our beloved holiday box, and even the Customer Choice Beauty box. We will also be releasing themed boxes similar to the ones you received with this subscription (perhaps an influencer collaboration or perhaps a seasonal-themed box or a specific beauty category box).

With this new program, we will be offering some boxes as limited edition (single shipments) and some boxes with the ability to choose between a single shipment or auto-delivery (similar to our current auto-delivery program on other beauty products). We believe that the auto-delivery option will give you more flexibility & the freedom to choose how you receive your sample boxes (as opposed to being tied to a subscription). We are also happy to continue to be able to offer those limited edition boxes as we know you love them. We are working hard at making them even better this year! Expect to receive a separate communication next month via e-mail from our Customer Service team to remind you of the program change & any other important details.

Again, we want to thank you for your continued patience with the TILI Try it, Love it subscription & we are excited to move into the updated program.
