I am not a good lipstick/gloss color-picker-outer. There. I said it. Besides my love of all lip products, my bad skills at this task are another piece of the puzzle as to why I have TONS of lip glosses and sticks.
Perfect example: I went to the MAC counter today. I haven't been to a MAC counter in a long time. Just one of those brands that I don't buy from frequently. I was looking for a good long-wear lip gloss. Someone here on the boards mentioned that MAC has a long-wear line. Well, I ended up buying TWO products--one lipstick, one gloss. Tried them on my hand only--like always (maybe this is the problem--but I refuse to use any testers on my face or lips). Well, I don't like them. Just don't. And they will be relegated to the back of my drawer. $37.50!
What's my problem? Go ahead. Be honest. And how do YOU choose a good color?
