I need help with choosing skin care

Hi! I am 33 and I am really noticing alot of fine lines on my face. I have just started using tretinoin .025. My face is typically dry especially now with the tretinoin. In the past I have used Mary Kay and Philosophy. My derm told me to use just a mild soap like Dove and a mois. with SPF. I have been doing that but don't think it is really working well. Thought about going back to the MK or Phil. What do you reccommend.....especially that can be used with the tret? TIA
