Yes, I remember back in the days of Leslie and Lisa bare Minerals was on all the time, like Kim Gravel is now. Many many shows and products. And speaking of brands that used to be on so much and aren't now, I'm still confused by no more Josie Maran. She was a big moneymaker for the Q and I did like her shows and products.

Josie Maran was on QVC for a long, long time. Perhaps she got tired of it. Wouldn't you?

Everything mentioned was awful anyway. Once a year would purchase Josie's large Argan oil body creme but that formula has changed on Q.

Might end up missing that but won't know till winter.

I do @bannaner.. I liked the Dr Gross deals. They were good. And I used Kate Sommerville products as well. HSN has some of her products, you make want to look into that.

I can't find the Dr Gross products I liked on those special prices anymore. I have seen them rarely on GMA steals and deals, but I don't catch that anymore. Does anyone know if they have a specific day they offer those, or is it at any time?

The Dr Gross products are very high quality in my experience, but too pricy. I still buy occasionally.

@bannaner QVC has always said that BEAUTY was not a money maker for them. I also think the vendors that left didn't sell enough on air or online.

I may have watched a beauty/skincare show here or there, but then ordered it from their own website or purchased from the dept. store.

IMO, COVID was a bust for women and makeup. I think the less we had to wear the more we realized a "no makeup makeup" look was easy and not so bad. Of course, most of us continued with skincare when we could get out to get it.

Back in the day I used to love love love the BareMinerals today specials. Back with Leslie and Lisa R. Always got them on AD and kept all the cute boxes they came in. That was when Leslie Bloggett still owned the company. Thank goodness for memories. That was in my opinion the best of QVC days.

I agree with you about the best of QVC days. I also remember Smashbox cosmetics. Holly Mordini was an incredible make-up artist and she wasn't vulgar. I actually learned good techniques from her.
