Yes, you read that right LOL we have to go to the city today, my husband is having a procedure. This is the first time since he's been having these procedures that I've been able to walk without assistance. I bought that elf blush that @SurferWife bought. I purchased it online and have to pick it up today. So is there anything that you ladies can think of that I should look at? I really wish it was Sephora I was going to but that's about 5 mi in the opposite direction and on a busy main road. I wouldn't have much time to browse before I had to head back to the hospital. Thank you

I can't think of anything. Just walk in, start on your left and move your way through the store. They have prestige brands on one side, then drugstore brands on the other. I always leave there forgetting something! I love going into the store because I like to look, touch & feel when possible.

I hope all goes well with your husband's procedure!

I just hope I'm treated better than I was the last time I was there. The last several times I was there! My husband just reminded me of an incident when we were in Ulta of a sales associate trying to convince me I could wear a look that I was in no way shape or form interested in. She would not give up.

@monicakm When a SA asks if I need help, I just say no. I only want to deal with one if I can't find a specific item I'm looking for. Otherwise, just leave me to my own devices.

Wow it was was an unexpected and pleasant experience to be in an actual brick and mortar makeup store rather than shopping online even if it wasn't my beloved Sephora. Looks like they've done some renovating in my local Ulta. Bightly lit up shelving and updated displays. I saw a display of the new Fenty lip and cheek stain. I swatched it on the back of my hand. Oh my word, I loved the color. It's a good thing they were out of stock because I might have broken my self-imposed ban on Fenty products. I don't know if it would wear the same way on my lips and cheeks as it did my hand but the swatch on the back of my hand was gone in no time. I swatched the elf blush that I bought and it is still showing on the back of my hand. Can't wait to try it tomorrow.
