I believe it no longer works for puffy eyes. They changed the formula many years ago and the new version doesnt help. Unfortunately. Maybe the Canadian product is still the old formula not sold here in the US.

Yes, exactly. You can still find and buy the older version of PH. It's sold in Canada but also on eBay...where I bought mine. The US version quit using Biodyne which is the ingredient that causes shrinking and now only found in the Canadian version.

My dad has puffy eyes. I started developing them about 20 years ago. They come and go but never gone completely. During my knee replacement recovery/PT they went WAY down. Down enough for me to not be mad at them lol. Then sometime after PT was over and it started getting warmer they reappeared. I'm wondering if more than one culprit is to blame. Heredity, salt and heat. My ankles, fingers and I'm sure other parts (those two are more noticeable) swell during hot humid weather. It's currently 88 but with the humidity it feels like 97.

He knows how bad this puffiness bothers me. He wasn't cracking up reading it but I don't think it dawned on him (at first) that he wasn't reading under eye application directions. Of course the product's box doesn't offer directions for applying under the eye.

I know it's a large housing development but do you happen to know anyone in the Cascades with the last name of Braley. My husband has an upcoming remodel job for them.
