I have really dry skin and I need help.

Hi Smiley Happy

I have extremely dry skin even in the summer. I do not know what to try. I have tried expensive and inexpensive items. I am 45 blonde/blue eyes and I have a lot of redness in my face. I cant seem to get the dryness under control and now its driving me nuts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Smiley Happy
