@BostonMommy I would suspect that you might be having an allergic reaction to one of the ingrediants (possibly from the scented items.) I have sensitive skin so I was hesitant to even try the pure.

The only place I order from that takes a looong time (2 weeks) is Colourpop.  I ordered some foundation from Ulta last night and it's already im the UPS system.  We'll see how long it takes.  Some of my Amazon orders have been taking a little longer and I'm Prime.
