I have a weird question

I remember someone posting in this forum once that they got a nasty letter from QVC once because they had returned so many items...I think they were dropped as a customer or something?! I was really surprised when I read that. Does anyone remember it? I feel kinda paranoid because boy have I returned a ton of stuff recently! I've been a qvc customer for ages, just lately several products have not been satisfactory to me...sorry for the weird question. This is my favorite forum and I have seen several off-topic discussions, but I don't mind. Thanks ladies!
