The culinary argan oil needs to have the nuts roasted before pressing. Cold pressing for cosmetic purposes is another thing altogether.

I think you mean that argan oil - in any form - is harmless if ingested. That may be so. I was merely picking up on your statement about argan oil being a culinary oil. i.e. used in cooking. I would not use cosmetic grade argan oil to cook with is what I was saying.

I use it on my little dog's ears. she's very old and frail and the edges of her ears get very dry and leathery feeling. the argan oil softens them up like magic.

yes, jaxs mom. she's a chihuahua. she's 16 years old, blind and grouchy ( can you blame her?) but she's our baby.
