I found a great tinted moisturizer for winter dry skin.

No matter which foundation I have tried my skin look really dry once I go out doors in Winter. I live in a cold State where winter gets below zero. I ordered Bobbie Browns tinted moisturizer Balm spf 25. She also has a tinted moisturizer spf 15 sorry to say I still felt dry with that one. The Balm is worth trying if you have dry skin. The reviews where really great on it.
